Veteran’s Giveaway

Do you know a deserving veteran who could benefit from a new heating and air conditioning system?

Nominate a Veteran and/or their family to receive a free HVAC system fully installed as part of Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning’s “Veterans Day Giveaway” contest.

The prize system consists of a heating and air conditioning system sized to meet the requirements of the existing structure. All labor and material for a turnkey replacement are included. However, additional items such as installation of ductwork, accessory items, asbestos removal or new electrical wiring are excluded.

Landmark wants to honor the men and women in our community who have served or are currently serving, as well as their families, by donating and installing a new HVAC system free of charge, with an estimated value of at least $10,000. Nominees can include Veterans (discharged under general or honorable conditions), Active Duty Military (any branch), National Guard, Reserves or their direct families.

The contest is applicable for nominees residing in the greater Memphis area including Shelby and Fayette counties. The deadline to submit the nomination is November 8, 2024 at 10 P.M. CST.

The winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on Veterans Day, November 11, 2024. Installation will be scheduled at a future date agreeable to both parties.

Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the gift of heating and air conditioning equipment, winner will grant permission to Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning the irrevocable and unrestricted right to take, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use photographs, video and audio recordings or images of the potential winner’s home and its occupants for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising or trade, in any manner or in any medium and release Landmark Heating & Air Conditioning from all claims and liability relating to said photographs, recordings or images.. Furthermore, winner will grant permission to use statements whether written or oral, with or without said winners name, for the purposes of advertising and publicity without restriction and waive right to any compensation.
