This is an outstanding company with extremely professional and knowledgeable staff & HVAC technicians and amazing customer care & support. We also signed up for their twice a year Seasonal Tuneup Service Contract. Not only is their annual service contract very affordable, it also includes additional savings! Landmark Heating and Air is a Win/Win for any HVAC need!

I wish I could give Landmark, and especially Brad Womack, more than fifty stars!I live in a 1.5 story home on Mud Island with a zone HVAC system. I worked with other companies to attempt to solve chronic problems with temperatures out of balance no matter how I adjusted the system. Brad Womack tuned the system and helped me upgrade my thermostats. I'm delighted with how the system performs now and the cost to me was minimal.I also have an unusual need to keep humidity in parts of my home at 45% year-round. This is to protect some very nice acoustic guitars and ukuleles from cracking caused by low humidity. This is not a problem for most Memphis residents.Brad and Landmark really went to bat for me to solve my humidity problems. Brad educated me about the constraints of my current system and lack of available space for add-ons. I was using up to three large portable humidifiers and the stress of staying ahead of them was a problem. With Brad's help, I discovered the existence of ductless humidifiers; these units have the same benefits of units integrated with an HVAC system, but they work completely independently and do not involve modification of existing ductwork. Landmark offered to install and support a ductless humidifier for my home. After initial installation, some tweaking was needed due to the unusual nature of my floorplan and humidifier location. The solution involved some minor remodeling of some kitchen cabinets. It works great!I've received the highest possible level of customer services, creative and innovative 100% solutions for unusual problems, and all at a very reasonable price from Landmark. And that's why five starts just are not enough!

The entire process from selection of product to install through installation was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything done differently. The office staff to product installers were congenial, helpful, accommodating and exceptionally professional. Mike Graczyk and his installation crew were incredible. After installation you couldn’t tell they were even here. I give Landmark a Perfect 10 on every aspect of this job plus their ongoing care and maintenance year by year. FANTASTIC!!!

We have been Landmark customers for longer than I can actually remember. Landmark has provided routine maintenance , made repairs and installed both of our newest (upstairs and down) units. My wife and I are impressed with Landmark's consistent professionalism and concern for their customer. Landmark technicians - to the person - always display a thorough skill level and knowledge of the equipment and the scope of work required to maintain it. I am happy that Tristan Bagwell who performed routine maintenance yesterday fits the Landmark model. He was polite, communicated well and instilled confidence that his service was first rate.

I have been using this company for years because they are knowledgeable and professional. I had had another company service my furnace and it became evident that the employees did not know what they were doing. It was in winter and their bumbling left me at 55 degrees inside my home. I called Landmark and they came to do a minor repair to the furnace. In talking with the owner of the other company he remarked that he had been having problems with his workers. In their bumbling, the other company had left me with a gas leak. Fortunately my unit is upstairs over the garage. Landmark employees are courteous and timely. It doesn't get any better than that. I have purchased a new furnace and air conditioning system through Landmark and am extremely pleased.

Greg did a very through job today. He answered all my questions. Programmed my thermostat for the summer. Cleaned the outside unit...not sure that has been done in a while. Hope I can request him in the Fall. Thank you.

Service guys are always very thorough and professional. They always provide a verbal report in easy-to-understand explanation of what they've done, any issues they see, and their recommendation of improving/replacing parts, etc. Easy to work with regarding payment. Office staff are always very helpful and courteous and answer questions to my comfort and satisfaction.

This company is the best! I had used another company several years ago that not only did not repair my furnace but left me with a gas leak. I called Landmark and they not only repaired my furnace but stopped the gas leak. They are professional, all service and more than reasonable. I know I can depend upon then and will continue to use them

I chose Landmark years ago for the installation of a new Lennox system and despite my home being 100+ years old they were careful and went out of their way to address my needs. I have had some issues with the system after 8 years and they always answer the phone and the service tech has always returned my call, including at 3 A.M. I like the service they provide and think they stand behind the products they sell.

Landmark has been our AC/Heating company for many years, and they have never disappointed. Every technician has been prompt, pleasant, and competent. Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon during the hot summer. Landmark came within an hour and had the repair completed in 2 1/2 hrs from my call. You cannot find better service than Landmark!

Landmark is very dependable. My A/C went out in the heat of the summer. It was determined that I needed a whole new system. Landmark had it installed the next day. The service crew was so nice and efficient. Their work area was cleaner after they left than before they arrived.
Personable, Honest, Thorough. Landmark HVAC is a top of the line company. Family owned, and they really care about their customers. They don’t try and sell you more than you need, and they are thorough with their install to make sure it is done right. They follow up and come out the next day to make sure the new system is running well.
I built my home in 1984, and after 30 years, it was time to replace the three systems. LANDMARK came to review my needs. There were a lot of fundamental problems with my current systems. LANDMARK did an excellent job removing the old units and installing the new. Their entire installation team knew exactly what to do. They worked efficiently and I am totally satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend LANDMARK if you are considering repair or replacement. My home has never been more comfortable and the Lennox monitoring system will send me an email if they see any problems. I do not expect that to occur for a long time. Great product installed by a great service team.
Just a note to express my appreciation for two such nice, hardworking young men by the names of Mike and Stacey. Landmark can be very proud of them.
